Terms

The terms for using this website, and a plain summary of how paid engagements work. The signed engagement letter for each piece of work is the document that governs.

About these terms

This website is operated by YMEQUITY LTD, trading as GrantFlow Intelligence, registered in England and Wales, company number 16550886. "We", "us" and "our" mean that company.

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The engagement summary below is exactly that: a summary. Each piece of paid work is governed by a signed engagement letter, which takes precedence over this page if the two differ.

Using this website

  • Information, not advice. This site gives general information about grant funding and public-sector contracts in the United Kingdom and the United States. It is not legal, tax or financial advice, and it is not an offer to provide services on any particular terms.
  • Acceptable use. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its data, scrape it at volume, submit false information, or interfere with other users. Public forms are rate-limited to keep them available for everyone.
  • Availability. We aim to keep the site available but do not promise uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw parts of it.
  • Links to other sites. We link to official sources such as GOV.UK, Contracts Finder, Find a Tender and SAM.gov. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Opportunity data and free scans

Grant and contract opportunities are published by funders and contracting authorities and change frequently. We refresh our data regularly and mark its verification status, but we cannot promise it is complete or current at the moment you read it. Check the official notice before relying on it. We verify before any application or bid we work on.

A free scan is indicative. It shows which opportunities look potentially eligible or worth a closer look, with a short note on why. It is not confirmation of eligibility, not an application plan, not a document checklist, and not a promise that we will take on the work. Free. No call required. No obligation. We may decline to run a scan, for example where a request is not from a business.

Decisions about which opportunities to pursue, and what to submit, are yours.

Accounts

If you create an account, keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think they have been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Engagement terms — a summary

The points below match our pricing page. They are a summary of the commercial position, not the full terms; the signed engagement letter governs and sets out scope, price, timetable and the complete terms for each piece of work.

  • Pricing is agreed before work starts. Price on enquiry. Scope, fee and terms agreed in writing before work starts.
  • Entry product (Bid/no-bid + compliance read). Scope, fee and terms agreed in writing before work starts.
  • Larger engagements (Full submission). Any deposit, milestones and balance are agreed in writing before work starts.
  • Monthly retainer. Billing, notice period and included capacity agreed in writing before the retainer starts.
  • UK grant-funding services. The Full Funding Strategy Audit is price on enquiry, one-off engagement · confirmed before work starts. Grant application writing is price on enquiry, with a written fixed-fee proposal before any work begins.
  • No guarantee of award. No outcome is guaranteed. Award decisions are made by the buyer or the funder, and we do not promise any result.
  • US federal contracts. We do not work on success or contingent fees on US federal contracts. Every engagement is a fixed or ranged fee agreed in writing.
  • Your responsibility for the submission. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the facts, pricing and representations in any proposal, tender response or application submitted in your name. We draft from what you give us and check what we can; you review and sign it off.
  • We do not give legal advice. We provide bid-writing and grant-support services, not legal advice. Where a solicitation, tender, contract or grant agreement needs legal review, take your own advice.

For US work we are a UK-registered company; all work is performed in the United Kingdom and US clients are served remotely, with call times and delivery arrangements agreed individually.

Content

The content of this site, including its text, design, sample reports and worked examples, belongs to YMEQUITY LTD or its licensors. You may read, download and print it for your own business use. Do not republish it commercially without permission. Worked examples use real public notices and clearly labelled fictional bidders; they are not records of work for a client.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without excluding any mandatory rights that apply to you. The written engagement agreement sets out the terms for each paid service.
