Every record is structured: amounts, match-funding, regions, sectors, size limits, deadlines, evidence requirements, and who the scheme is actually for (an SME never sees an academic-only call). Refreshed weekly, flagged for human verification.
Step 2 — Matching
Explainable eligibility scoring, not keyword search
Your profile is scored against every live scheme across seven weighted dimensions — sector fit, activity fit, geography, size and turnover, goal alignment, timing and award materiality — with partial credit for adjacent sectors and objectives. Hard rules exclude schemes you can't win (wrong region, size caps, passed deadlines) so you never waste time. AI analysis then reads each scheme's actual published criteria against your profile and explains, in plain English, why you fit — and what could disqualify you.

A consultancy-grade deliverable, not a list of links
You receive a PDF report: executive summary, estimated funding opportunity, top recommendations with per-scheme eligibility analysis, deadline calendar, recommended application order, required actions and the exact evidence pack to assemble.

Is the audit really free?
Yes. The instant matches and the PDF audit are free. We earn fees only if you engage us to prepare applications — typically a fixed fee plus success component agreed up front.
How accurate are the estimates?
Estimates use each scheme's published award ranges and intervention rates, weighted by your eligibility strength. Before any application we verify current parameters directly with the funder — schemes change frequently, which is exactly why we track them continuously.
What if my region or sector has nothing?
Unusual, but it happens. The audit will say so honestly — and we'll monitor and alert you when a matching scheme opens. UK-wide schemes (R&D relief, export finance, skills funding) apply to most trading businesses.
Do you handle R&D tax relief?
